Delivery
Delivery arranged for your order and destination.
Nationwide delivery
RGMZ delivers throughout South Africa. Because golf clubs, complete sets, bags and golf carts differ greatly in size and handling requirements, the delivery fee is calculated after you provide the order and destination. The delivered total and estimated timing are confirmed before payment.
International delivery
International delivery is available by quotation. Supply the full destination, postal code and products required so RGMZ can calculate the transport option and charge. The customer is responsible for destination-country import permits, customs duties, taxes, clearance charges and local restrictions unless a written quotation expressly states otherwise.
Golf-cart delivery
Golf carts require specialist transport rather than a standard parcel service. The route, access requirements, delivery charge and estimated timing are agreed for the specific cart and destination.
Inspection on delivery
Check the shipment as soon as it arrives. If packaging or a product is visibly damaged, photograph it, retain the packaging and notify RGMZ promptly at info@rgmza.co.za or +27 72 207 1824.
