Using this website
These terms apply when you use https://rgmza.co.za or submit an order or enquiry to Royal Golf Meridian ZA. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or other users.
Product information
RGMZ takes reasonable care to publish accurate titles, photographs, condition information, prices and available specifications. Product colours can vary between displays. Pre-owned goods may show the wear disclosed in their photographs and description. If an obvious error affects a material term, RGMZ will explain it before accepting payment and you may decline the corrected order.
Availability and ownership
RGMZ owns the products listed on this website and confirmed the listed range available on 2026-09-02. An item is not reserved until RGMZ accepts the order. If simultaneous demand makes an item unavailable, RGMZ will not take payment for it or will refund any payment already received.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout sends an order request; it does not itself capture payment or guarantee acceptance. You can review the cart and correct mistakes before submission. RGMZ reviews the item, destination and delivered total, then confirms acceptance and payment instructions. A contract is concluded when RGMZ communicates acceptance or supplies the goods, subject to any non-waivable legal rule.
Pricing and payment
Website prices are displayed in South African Rand. RGMZ accepts Bank Transfer (EFT), Debit / Credit Card, Cryptocurrency. Delivery, international charges and any expressly agreed extras are added only after they are calculated and disclosed. Never send passwords, PINs, private keys or recovery phrases.
Delivery
RGMZ delivers throughout South Africa and internationally. Delivery fees and estimated timing depend on the products, destination and transport requirements and are confirmed before payment. International customers are responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, permits and clearance charges unless the written quotation says otherwise. Risk remains with RGMZ until delivery is accepted to the extent required by applicable law.
Cancellation, returns and defective goods
The Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. It includes a 14-day eligible change-of-mind process, applicable electronic-transaction cooling-off rights and the statutory remedies for qualifying defective goods. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Golf carts
Priced golf carts may be submitted through standard checkout. Unpriced carts, fleet and institutional requirements use a written quotation. Unit-specific configuration, disclosed condition, delivery access and agreed extras form part of the accepted order.
Accounts and communications
You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping account access secure. Tell RGMZ promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Electronic communications are treated as received when they enter the designated system, subject to applicable law and any delivery failure notice.
Intellectual property and external links
The RGMZ name, website design, original text, graphics and other owned material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product marks remain the property of their respective owners. External links are provided for convenience; third-party websites apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Service availability and liability
RGMZ may maintain, change or suspend parts of the website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RGMZ is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by website interruption, third-party network failure or events outside reasonable control. This does not limit liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Force majeure
An obligation may be delayed while an event outside reasonable control prevents performance, including severe weather, transport disruption, power or telecommunications failure, civil disorder, government restriction or shortage of transport capacity. RGMZ will communicate material delays and the parties retain any cancellation right provided by law.
